Climate Adaptions

Projects are climate adaptations that help you design a life that feels more resilient, thoughtful, and more you.

Our Projects focus on less toxic, more energy- and money-saving materials and methods to renovate, decorate, garden, and manage your home.

Each project introduces you to informed, eco-friendly ideas that solve problems.

The idea is: Adapt them and make them yours.

Every day, Choices become Acts of Positive Change.

Our projects are hands-on explorations into sustainable living changes with purpose.

  • Reducing our waste by redoing and upcycling possessions we no longer love
  • Home improvements that lower our carbon footprint.
  • Hacks & Swaps: Small changes that make a big impact. Simple substitutions, like reusable over disposable, or soap bars over liquid. That’s simple and complicated.
  • These tips are adaptable to your lifestyle and budget. They prove that sustainability is accessible to all.

Try This Mini Challenge: Find Your First or Next Project

    Step 1: Start with Curiosity

Pick one thing that’s bothering you.

    • I need a new roof. What materials are more sustainable, and suit my budget?
    • I’d like to cut down on lawn care, what choices are low maintance, environmently friendly and charming
    • Everythink I buy seems to come in plastic.

Spend 15–20 minutes learning about what causes it and what others are doing to adapt.

This is research, and it counts — even if you’re doing it on your lunch break. The key is staying curious and grounded.

Bonus: Check out our Rethinking section for practical info. Or head over to The Goat’s Pen and ask your questions and document your success.
